Ahli Fesyen Sudah Memprediksi Tren 2013

Sejumlah ahli fesyen sibuk memprediksi apa saja yang menjadi tren untuk tahun depan. Tak hanya model baju, mereka juga memprediksi inovasi asesoris.

Praktisi dunia fesyen menilai,model busana yang menjadi trend yaitu mempunyai kombinasi warna yang lembut. Sehingga, pakaian itu bisa menciptakan rasa tenang, puas, dan nyaman.Tak hanya itu, tren busana 2013 akan dipenuhi dengan busana yang genit, riang, dan tetap mempunyai sentuhan feminin.

Sementara untuk koleksi musim semi, motif garis dan grafis geometris menjadi salah satu trend. Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, dan Tommy Hilfiger adalah sederetan perancang kondang yang bereksperimen dengan motif tersebut. Marc Jacobs misalnya mencoba bereksperimen dengan motif garis.

Selain motif garis, busana-busana berdetail cut-out juga bakal meramaikan tren 2013. Celah yang dibentuk detail tersebut tentu saja mengekspos beberapa bagian tubuh agar terlihat lebih menarik. Model tersebut dikeluarkan selebritas sekaligus desainer ternama Victoria Beckham.

Ibu empat anak tersebut membuat detail itu hadir dalam beberapa kemeja putih berbahan kanvas dansheer. Beberapa bagiannya dihiasi dengan bidang kecil berisi detail cut-out bermotif geometris.

Bahaya Olahraga Berlebihan

 Apa saja yang berlebihan pasti ada efek samping yang ditimbulkan. Begitu juga dengan olahraga. Jika berlebihan, olahraga bisa berakibat fatal.

Penelitian terbaru dari Teachers College, Columbia University, AS, menyebutkan olahraga 2,5 jam hingga 7,5 jam dalam sepekan sudah cukup untuk menjaga mental yang sehat.

Namun sebaliknya ditemukan pada orang-orang yang berolahraga lebih dari 7,5 jam seminggu, gejala depresi dan kegelisahan meningkat dengan tajam.

"Terlalu banyak berolahraga bisa menimbulkan masalah psikologis," Dr Yeon Soo Kim, salah seorang peneliti memperingatkan.

Dari survei yang melibatkan lebih dari 7.600 orang, mereka membandingkan kesehatan mental dengan olahraga yang mereka lakukan. Hasilnya, perbedaan kesehatan mental terbesar terjadi pada dua hingga empat jam latihan seminggu. Lebih dari itu, kecenderungannya justru berbalik.

Ingin sehat dengan olahraga? Baiknya jangan sampai berlebihan.

Reina Hispanoamericana 2012

Reina Hispanoamericana 2012 is version 22 of the competition Reina Hispanoamericana, which will host this year Santa Cruz, Bolivia possibly in October 25, 2012.

For this year, possibly 22 candidates Latin compete with the candidate of Spain who completes the picture of 22 candidates. Sarodj Bertin from Haiti, received the title at the hands of Evalina Van Putten of Curacao, Reina Hispanoamericana 2011.

Breaking new:  According to the official announcement by I Am She,Miss Universe India 2012 Urvashi Rautela (or I Am She 2012) was dethroned yesterday because MUO rejected her application for Miss Universe 2012, saying that she was not 18 years old by the 1st of February, 2012, which is basic rule of MU.

Shilpa Singh is the new Miss Universe India 2012.

Shilpa Singh, who was crowned I Am She Miss Global International 2012, is the new Miss Universe India 2012. Yesterday, Urvashi Rautela handed over the baton to her runner-upShilpa Singh. Shilpa Singhwill represent India at the upcoming Miss Universe 2012 Pageant to be held in Las Vegas on the 19th of December!
