This year, Miss Cosmo, the Vietnamese beauty pageant, returns. This is its second edition. Last year, Indonesia's representative from Asia won the first Miss Cosmo title. What about this year? The competition was evenly matched and predictable, but beauty pageants sometimes throw up surprises.
