Miss Vietnam wins Internet voting and becomes the first quarter-finalist

Miss Vietnam, Le Huynh Thuy Ngan, was the most voted candidate in Miss Tourism Queen’s Official Website internet poll and was fast-tracked to the Top 20 quarter-finalists. Miss Philippines came in 2nd placed, followed by Miss Thailand in 3rd, Miss Australia in 4th, and Miss Tanzania in the 5th position.

The other 19 delegates who will advance to the next round of competition will be picked by the official judges.
