Elmira Abdrazakova is the winner of Miss Russia 2013 and will represent the country in both 2013 Miss World and Miss Universe.
Miss Universe Japan 2013 is Miss Mie, Miyuki Matsuo (25) who stands 1.73m tall and will represent her country at Miss Universe 2013.
